Take a vow of silence for a week. Only communicate via sign language and a notebook. Then, engage in conversations, especially with someone you are attracted to. They’ll ask why you aren’t talking, say something like, you wanted a new experience. This is also a good method for getting more touchy feely with those you are attracted to because you have to use more body language to communicate. Learn hand-cooing and then try to teach it to someone without speaking. It’s amazingly effective 🙂
