You know, when playing the hooker, during the photo shooting, I had to enter the role with my soul. I couldn’t enjoy laughing as much as I do when playing myself. And this got me thinking: how many women must play a role, out of themselves, just to please the client, or the boss? Or a man in control – not exactly matching the desires of their souls… And this made me sad. Yes, we must be open and this is good. Would our exposure tame the dominions out there? Having the masters expose themselves back in front of us, down to the most intimate nudity of their souls?

I don’t think pleasing another is an issue, I think that can in and of itself be one of the most gratifying things in the world. I think where the issue may lay is where there is lack of choice, lack of freedom, lack of authenticity, lack of alignment. I don’t think anyone escapes fighting the fight to escape those roles.
