There’s just something visceral in how he says “stay.” First, it’s just a gentle grasp at the wrist, a brush of at the forearm. Then it builds, becoming more insistent, a grasp at the shoulders, a desperate kiss. I remember how much I wished for someone to just say this to me, make it ok for me to stop running…
